For a CD25 I’d definitely go 3/4ton if you plan on any distance towing. I use a 1/2 ton Ram diesel fir my 23 Venture and it’s good, but a 25 is considerably heavier.

I have a full Ray Marine C80 set up with auto pilot and radar. My question is, if I want to put in a Garmin chart plotter will my Ray Marine auto pilot work with it? I’m assuming it’s in NMEA 2000 and will be compatible? 2008 23 Venture, 2008 Raymarine package.

Another option in the C Dory line, the 23 Venture! My 2008 Venture is in between the 22 and 25, but has a different hull shape, porta potty, fridge, water heater, A/C, 30 amp shore power and a Honda 2200 generator. Suzuki 150 produces an awesome 4 MPG at 3800rpm and about 19-21 mph. Math works...

I use a ENO hammock and just clip up under and around the cleat on each side. But, my Venture 23 is a few inches wider than a 22.
