SOLD - 1990 22' Cruiser in need of love (Newport, Oregon)

I suppose it's impossible to know if there are any moisture issues at this moment/rot without a sensor?

JUST STOLEN 2005 16 Cruiser from yard in Bonney Lake , WA

HOLY cow! I saw this listing and thought about about taking a deeper look at the boat then saw it wasn't listed anymore... really curious to see what the outcome is here. sorta a rare boat to try to move around our neck of the woods.

Tollycraft 34 vs CC 26 - worth it to make the wife happy

Moorage IS getting expensive, and I don't even have a trailer for the carver. The upside is: I don't need to keep/maintain/park a trailer, I don't need 4wd to get in and out of the launch, and since the boat is wet 24/7 we can swing by anytime we want for date nights without leaving the slip...

Tollycraft 34 vs CC 26 - worth it to make the wife happy

That's where we are now with our Carver. Getting a bigger one always seems like a good idea but I'm not sure we need it to be honest. It's a 2827 but the LOA is 34' with dinghy on the back. I do think that boats from this era were just designed really well. Lots of living space. Ours however...

Tollycraft 34 vs CC 26 - worth it to make the wife happy

If you can be content with whatcha got that's always the best solution, right? LOL I spent around 100 nights on my CD22 Had a Maxum 2400 SCR Now we have a 34ft carver so it would have some similarities to the Tolly. I would not trade my Carver for a CD22 for the Puget Sound cruising we do. In...

    16' on Whidbey Island

this doesn't seem like something to post in the classifieds but I'm curious: Did anyone see that 16' listed on Whidbey for $8k? I need another boat like I need a hole in my head but I'm kicking myself for not picking it up! Just curious if whoever grabbed it is a member. cool boat, especially...

    I think CDory is done

They do look similar but I'm much more partial to the look of the C-Dory. Something about the windshield appeals to me more I think.

    boiling water

It feels silly to buy yet ANOTHER stove but if I have to, I have to. For what crab costs in the store a $45 stove pays for itself lol. I might try colbysmith's idea as well. We will have date night down on the boat this weekend and I'll try boiling again with a smaller amount of water and see...

    boiling water

I remembered my jetboil being twice the size it actually is. I pulled mine out of the shed last night and brought it into the kitchen to see if I could fit one split crab into it, and not even close. It could fit a half of a split pre cooked red rock and that's it. so if we do well with Dungies...

    boiling water

yeah if I were to do it I'd use the cup that comes with the jet boil. I think it could fit one crab at a time, pre cleaned and split, lol.

    boiling water

I have another thread started about crab so I thought I'd come here and be more specific. What are you guys doing to be able to boil water at sea? My Magma won't get hot enough so I am honestly starting to think about using my jetboil. I'd have to clean a crab entire, split it in half, and...

    I think CDory is done

I feel like all boats have grown exponentially in retail cost the past decade, but anything built in Washington State is going to have an unfair burden rate. The Ranger prices seem to have skyrocketed as well, but my understanding is that it has had no negative effect on their back orders. We...
