Interesting, I was told just a month or two ago, also by Michael at C-Dory, that they have been foam core since NMI took over.

Most motors have the tiller handle on the port side, so, if using a tiller, you are much better off with the motor on the starboard side. Otherwise the tiller hits the lazarette. Given that, why C-Dory puts the swim ladder on the starboard side is beyond me.

Well, they made me an offer I could not refuse, so I bought a 22' and no longer need to chat before making a decision. I'm not allowed to delete or edit this post, so I am adding this comment. See you out there!!
