Yup...I've heard of it before here: http://www.etecownersgroup.com/?forum=136482 They(BRP) have been replacing them under warranty. The "weld" seems to come apart.The fix seems to be an updated oil tank.

Bait was Lamprey and ghost. The tide was in the middle of the big outgo...30 feet of water....took about 25 minutes to land.

We got em' in lower Suisun Bay.....close to the Concord Naval Station.

Fished a new area to me with an old friend Saturday. Had several good pumps but only one stuck.But it was a dandy!! Just made the upper end of the slot of 66".
