Hey Greg how is it going?
Your photos never fail to amuse and amaze me. The environment is so unique from what I see. Can send picturers of boating in the rain or a nasty frost but no chance of stepping off the boat.
So do do back out along the same path or turn around?

Back now... You might want to read the story for answers but I DO ... Back Out! Unless the ice is thin (this stuff was a 'bich)
Baby, will go further, but it takes a long time: You have to throttle her up on the ice, then wait till she beaks it, before you can go any further (slow process! ) but it interestin! gets yer adrenalin flowing
Yes, the Natives are Getting Restless!!

Hi Greg,
Glad to see you leading the way in breaking in the year in PWS - I sure enjoyed our first run out last April 12 with you.
I am hoping to get out in March after I get some work behind me.
Cheers,
Joe with the Sundog |

My goal is to get out in March. I am going to order a Force 10 this year and get that installed.
You may be right about my my fancy C-dory, but after hanging out with you I am ready to "driver into the ice and beach er with the best of em."
Got to admit, you are inspiring me again - and the Sound is calling again - darn if I did not have to earn money.
Doubel ARG!!

Hey Awright
Now you just reminded of sumpin... I was going to share my idea here, about that---"mounting idea" we were talking about (on the best way to mount a Force-10, in a modern cruiser) I'll have to try and find a pic on site here (or try describe it) Maybe old TyBoo Mike can whip some out for our Lower-48 Brats, when I present the mounting idea here...
OK, I'll let ya get back to work... (I know how it feels)
I'm glad you spoke up on that, I see a definite need for a Force-10 as a main or "back-up" heater. (better then the Wallas) hehehehe |

Yeah, I think your mounting idea is the ticket - do you want to use the Sundog as a guinnea pig - I would love to hire some help on installing it?
Back to work - you will have to check out my new 30 inch flat screen monitor I just bought - check out the pic at: http://www.sundogmedia.com/proof/monitor.jpg
Cheers,

Greg... you are one warped dude and I envy you! I am a little nuts too, however, its in a significantly different way. It's like Larry the Cable Guy says, "Get'er Done".
I do so enjoy your exploits, stories, and Pics! Keep'em coming! Butch _________________ As Bartles and James said, "Thank you for your fine support!" |
