Yamaha 115s stall when shifting

We have twin Yamaha 115s on our TC24 that shut off occasionally when shifting into and out of neutral. There is no stuttering, no hesitation, just a quick shut down...and the nasty warning sound. We just replaced all of the fuel filters, the thermostats, the plugs, and so on so I don't think that it is a fuel problem. Any ideas?[/i]
 
Have you connected it to Yamaha Diagnostic Software?
I read the manual and it might be the idle speed control needs adjusting. m2cw
