$11,700 was winning bid. I thought long and hard about possibly bidding on her. Sat down and started writing a list on what I could see needed done and decided to let someone else have the fun.

I think somebody had an automatic bid in place up to $11,600, so whoever was trying to bid at the last minute had to bid up to the auto-bid.
That was fun to watch, I hope BRAZO got it! I think at $11,700 it is a great deal. This is the kind of project C-dory that makes alot of sense. It had enough grime to make alot of potential bidders uneasy, but doesnt look like it needs very much. That motor may even be a runner with new wiring.

from reading boatangels reviews and other listings, i think this C-dory was a big big earner for them.

Nope, never bid even though $11.7k is a steal (under $10k was my limit). If I needed a boat and not a project, I would have bid for sure. But I'm driving our Winnebago View to New Mexico in a few weeks and leaving it there - then flying back and forth throughout the winter to get away from the Wisconsin weather. So, had to pass - but was very tempted at the end when it was $10,100.
My prediction of 10-12k was right on . If they get the engine to run ? and can fix trailer to be road ready and safe .Then they have a whole lot of canvas work then the cleanup and waxing begins . Maybe it might turn out allright ?
I thought about it at 10k but I have to many projects and work restraints now . Depending on the engine if they get it to work then it should turn out pretty good
