Who Has a Mercury Verado 150.........besides me?

Mostly just curiosity. Wouldn't mind knowing how you're breaking in the motor and flushing the engine.

So far so good! I have 77+ hours on the motor.

As I mentioned in another thread...

With the boat fully loaded (full gas tank, full water tank, 2 adults, 2 children, clothes for a week, food for a week, a case of bottled water, 2 folding bikes, a bike trailer, full camperback canvas and a Mercury RU240 inflatable on top) we hit a top speed of 25 knots.

I thought that was darn good for my 150. :thup

I don't have any fuel meters, etc., but I guesstimate that I got ~2 mpg on my last trip, which might be less than the Hondas are getting.

The 'fly by wire' throttle is awesome.

I know the CD25s are rated up to 200 HP. I have no desire to get a bigger motor, but that's a personal preference. The 150 does everything I ask of her.
