What is a fair price to pay for a 2002 C-dory 22ft cruiser

Not enough info about condition, extras (radio/GPS-PLOTTER, radar, etc). I'd take a look at the ones on this site that have sold and you'll have a pretty good idea when you find one/two similarly equipped.

What is where the galley usually is?

I could tell you what I paid for ours, but then I dumped probably $2,000
in upgrades. If it is good shape, and the trailer is in good shape, then
over $30,000, perhaps nearer $40,000 if the boat is in really good shape
with lots of extras.
