SS rack for ice chest wrong size or right size?

i have a new 19ft r and i requsted from the dealer the "factory option of cooler with rack and matching Sunbrella blue pad needles to say the dealer said the do not have that option but C Dory said yes.
here is the problem the Rack is about 3 1/2 to big on the ends of the rack and moves around but they The dealer says its correct it is a 100qt cooler bu Igloo and the pad from C Dory is 1" to long and 3" wide and it is held down by Velcro strips the is one of the coolers that has a rounder shape than the Marine ones that seem to be a bit square. C Dory sent the pad and cooler but the rack was taken of a 22 but that shoud not matter since every is similer but 3'longer the next size up is 126qt.
Any help or sugestion would be appecated or direct experance

From your post it is very difficult to tell exactly what question you are asking. First is the problem with the rack not fitting the boat or is the problem with the cooler and pad being to long for the rack? If could take a picture and post it, it might help. To post a photo, you'll have to get a photo album from the site owners. You can do this by requesting one from Mike or Bill. Also, in the future a little bit of punctuation in your posts would make them more readable.
