2003 C-Dory 19 Angler For Sale $22K

Selling my C-Dory 19. She hasn’t been in the water since the end of the 2019 season. The engine was professionally winterized then. It has been kept under roof when out of the water for the last five years (which means under roof full time since end of 2019 season.) Note the like new engine - a Yamaha 90 added off season 2018/19. I did start the engine recently and it fired up on the second try.

It’s in Lancaster, Virginia.

Hi,

I'm curious about the space in the v-berth underneath the sleeping platform:

(A) In the middle by the doorway to the cockpit I assume there's a porta-potty?
(B) Other than that, is the space under the sleeping platform accessible for storage?
(C) If so, is it a secure space that can be locked?
 
A- There is room for a ports potty in that area, but it doesn’t come with one.
B- There’s storage under there, but I don’t recall how much (I’m away from the boat for a few days)
C- It isn’t lockable, but I’m sure it could be rigged.

Note -the boat has a sale pending.
