I have a 22 angler project boat that I have been working on for a few years off and on. It is in primer now and needs paint. Have all the old rigging and controls. I replaced the transom and floor in back 4 feet. Bottom of the boat is done, new strakes and barrier coat. The pilot house is painted inside and out. Outside with interlux perfection. Front 3 windows are installed, have two new sliding side windows being made by motion windows as we speak. Figured I would offer the boat up for sale since I won’t get around to working on it until next winter again.
Fun project for someone handy, get a nice used motor and have an inexpensive, solid 22 angler, a classic!!
Has ez loader trailer as well.
Stored inside in Bellingham. I will sell it for what I have invested, not trying to flip it or anything. 7200.00. Have list of all expenses if your curious!!
Epoxy and supplies ad up fast.
Can email or text newer pics if needed🤘

I have such respect for you for doing such a thorough job!

You remind me of my dad who built boats from scratch. I myself don't have the time or energy anymore to take on such a large project. I thought my project was big until I saw yours!

Good luck on your sale!

I really enjoyed penciling out a a budget for completing your project!

Won't reveal what it came out to, but was a fun experience.

I set a range for each item necessary, from the basic get-by minimum to the full-blown cost of new components.

What's really interesting, is that in a pinch, most of the items can be had used and in good shape for about half or less of the new retail cost if you decide to dig down and penny-pinch your search over an extended period to find them at minimal cost.

That's time consuming, but part of the fun, too.

What is more, if you have time to rebuild a boat such as this, you probably have time to do some careful shopping, too!

Not just a labor of love, but a product of thrift, too.

Terrific, hopefully that means we will get to see it around the Salish Sea at some point. Thanks for passing along that word. I hope the new owner will be active here on the C-BRATS and we get to see the next chapter.

I have to admit I have never been into Eastsound, on Orcas Island, generally Deer Harbor, but it looks like a worthy destination.

Thanks for the tickle.
