Skyworth TV

I am still looking for a 15" LCD TV/DVD that is AC/DC for my Truck Camper and my boat. I've narrowed it down to the Audiovox FPE1507DV and the Skyworth SLC-1551AM 15-Inch Marine Active Matrix TFT LCD TV/DVD Combination. I know they are 4:3 ratio, but I have yet to find a 16:9 that is AC/DC/DVD/HD and 15". I do not wish to spend more than $350 and both (with my son's Target discount) are in the price range. The Skyworth is a marine unit, so is worth a few bucks more than the Audiovox. I own Audiovox products and they are fine; I have never owned a Skyworth unit.
Does anyone have any experience with Skyworth? I did some searching on the Internet and got some mixed reviews.

I would consider using a small notebook PC and USB TV tuner. For example, you can pick up a Dell Inspiron notebook at Best Buy for $450 and a USB tuner for $70. I use a USB tuner on my notebook and it works reasonably well. The digital tuner side of it is not as good as the tuner I use for digital off air but comes pretty close. The versatility of a notebook PC is a big plus. I also use the notebook on board for my chartplotter, playing DVDs, and accessing the internet in the few places where I can do that.
