I have, over 2 years of ownership, been very happy with my Ray fishing pilot.
While not knowing just exactly how accurate these things can be, I came across this thread that absolutely amazes me, depicting the performance accuracy of an S1000 in substantial seas at only a couple of mph. While I don't like to tag another site's thread, for any Brat-fisherman considering a relatively inexpensive AP, this is worth seeing (unless I am being duped by someone with a magic marker).

The pertinent performance threads are on page 2 by JJR and Piscator. That GPS screen shot says it all! Perhaps all of them can do this (AP's) but this is the first time I have seen this in such a pictorially descriptive and convincing form.
