Well, it's that time of year again and I'll be running in the Pacific NW Ragnar Relay today and tomorrow. Teams of 12 crazy people packed into two vans of 6 each run from Blaine to Langley (189.5 miles). My team starts running at 11AM and we'll probably be done around 10AM on Sat.
