Remembrance and appreciation

On this 5th anniversary of 9/11 I am moved to publicly remember those who lost their lives on that day and especially those who gave their lives after running into the disaster, whether out of duty or out of a sense that they had to help. I would also like to express my appreciation for those who put their lives on the line every day to help keep us and our country safe: law enforcement, firefighters, medics, our military and the Coast Guard.

Interesting reading as we remember
Never Forget :!:
So are many other stories.
There are many other conspiracy theories on the web, plus editorials written, books published and movies made by fruitcakes. They all want us to believe our government was involved in the murder of 3000+ of our citizens in the World Trade Centers, the Pentagon and the plane hijackings of 911. I do not believe garbage like this belong on this “Remembrance and appreciation” thread.

+1

All the conspiracy theorists do is sow the seeds of doubt, and hamper our ability to come together to defend ourselves. Shame.
