Mystery circuits

On my fuse behind the helm I have two 7.5amp fuses at the bottom of the left side. They are both labeled as Wiper. I noticed one of the fuses was blown but both wipers still work. In fact I removed both fuses and everything on the boat still works as far as I can tell. The only thing I did not test was the 12v receptacle on the helm but again I removed two fuses and everything still works. All inside and outside lights, shower sump, wash down pump, macerator, water pressure pump, horn, wipers, all gauges work, etc.

Any idea what this is powering? There are orange wires coming off the posts.

Unless I miss my guess and they are different than mine, they are for the selfparking circuit on the wipers. Pull the fuse and see if the wiper parks. The wiper will still work without the parking circuit but will stop at whatever point you turn the switch off.
