I got a phone call last night from Briand. He is back on the Island. Just picked up his new Cape Cruiser 007 , that is is hull #. I believe that it might be the first retailed CC sold, the other boats are for the dealers. Is he ever happy . I can hardly wait to go see is new toy. Today he was in Nanaimo meeting a Evinrude dealer , lucky him, he might go for twin E-Tech 50 HP. When he picked his boat across the border,he was given the red carpet; hotel room , champagne . His boat has dual stations , and its station steering is mounted on a consol similar to the Orca. I wish mine was like this unstead of being mounted flat on the wall , easier to steer and looks lot better. Oh well like they say it is easy to customize a C-Dory. One day I will install one on my boat. He also will be installing dual controls with the Cobelt system like I have on my C-Dory .

Your not going to be seen in public boating in the same area as this guy are you ?? What will people think?? I would be interested in what speed numbers he gets with what ever engines he choices. Hows the shrimping??
Shrimping is at is peak, but females have started to show up more and more. We release all of them , season will end soon . I am working all weekend so I can go prawning hup! ( shrimping) all week as there will be fewer people . Maybe we should have a topic , "Called the Dory people", double ender dories , Atlantic dories, his dory , my dory, your dory, who knows maybe we can all get together one day! That would be awsome, learning from each other!.... Gary SEARAM did I mention I love my Ram truck?.....
