Installing an E80, Radome, Sounder, GPS and VHF

I’m a brand new C-Dory owner and I’m going to be installing an E80, Raymarine Radome, Sounder, VHS antenna and GPS this weekend. I was going to have the dealer do it but he wanted $3700. As I have done electrical wiring and installed computer networks, I’m cool with the wiring and clear on the hook-up, but somewhat unclear on what to seal the holes I drill for the Radome, Sounder and VHF Antenna. As apposed to my other boat I used to have, there seems to be talk about using epoxy and undercutting the holes. Some questions:

1) Do I have to use epoxy or is 3M 4200 good enough to seal the holes?
2) If I have to use epoxy what kind? How Do I use it? Everywhere I drill? Even where I just screw in the sounder or just for the thru hull wire. I won't be able to undercut the screws for the sounder install.
3) I was going to drill the holes for the Radome mount, VHF Antenna and wires, fill the holes, under and around the mount, under and around the antenna bracket and under and around the wire thru hull connectors with 4200. Then maybe add some marine silicon for good luck. Is this OK or will there be issues with just the 4200?

Thanks Jim
