EXIT 256A
As you exit I-5 onto 256A (Meridian North right lane) you will want to get into the LEFT turn lane at the bottom of this exit. Note: Do not take the Bellis Fair ramp.
Making the left turn now places you on Meridian and you're heading towards the waterfront. Start easing over into the RIGHT lane.
There's 3 signals: McLeod, Birchwood & Squalicum Way.
Turn RIGHTat the 3rd signal (Squalicum Way). Small sign says Waterfront >
Follow ***Squalicum Way aka Roeder Avenue*** approximately 2.5 miles until you come to Bellwether Way.
Turn RIGHT onto Bellwether Way. A very short one block, another RIGHT turn into the driveway for the boat launch area and parking for vehicle and attached trailer.
Once you're in the parking lot just pull forward to the pay station which is on your left side. If you find that this lot is full, there's addtional parking across the street (west of Redden Marine) in a graveled parking area.
Note: When on ***Squalicum Way*** it veers to the left @ 1.5 miles and becomes Roeder Avenue. Then it's @ 1 mile to the right turn onto Bellwether Way.
Parking for the 'tag along' vehicle would probably be best in the parking lot where Gate 9 is located. This parking lot which is just north of the boat launch area can only be entered off of Roeder Avenue.
