only one of my Honda 40's is charging the batteries. How do I get either motor to charge? I now have 546 hours on the port motor and 654 on the starboard. All because only the starboard charges. So when the precious owner was at anchor he ran the starboard to keep the house battery up. I want to use the port until they have the same number of hours.

Test the output of the non charging motor with a V.O.M.?
Fuse bad in the non charging mtr,?
Drive right by the Honda Dealer going to & from the spit  :thup

Replacing the charge coils fixed the charging problem for me twice.
