So the opening is a little largeer than a piece of 8.5x11 paper. OK, that's a good price but starcrafttom did 13x30 hatches from Great Lake Skipper for $89 (I think this was the hatch):Sea Wolf":32oeg0b9 said:

IMHO, if you're going to go to the trouble you might as well go with the larger hatch - rooting around through the small opening with a flashlight would drive me nuts.
