Heads-up for those on the trail.
I have a house and dock that's not being used right on the east side of the Okeechobee Lock in Florida.
Shore power and water are turned on at the dock.
Wife already bought another home upstate, and I'm just here getting this house ready for sale.
My boat and trailer are in the driveway fixin' to sell also, so the dock and lift are freely available to use unless I get a sea trial request.
if any C-Brats are cruising by, you're welcome to take advantage before I get out of here in the next month or two.
