The tuna are in, and the silvers are on the snap, and I got skunked. Friday 8/8 I went offshore with a friend in his Arima for tuna, and we missed them entirely. We were south and west of the good water and fish. We went 63 miles out and still were in 59 degree water. I did see Trailer Sailer and Mar's Magic, two local CDorys heading out, but did not hear how they did.
The rest of the time was spent with family, celebrating all of our August birthdays. Maybe later this week I will be able to get back and chase some frish.
