I missed a live "Town Hall" type meeting a few weeks back because the notice came in real email, and I didn't check that soon enough. This is a meeting coming from Waggoners called Seattle Boat Show "Live" and when I contacted Waggoner' s (producer of Waggoner Cruising Guide Karla said they would be repeating and or doing a replay of a recorded meeting. For now I have a link to the registration page for the repeat. It will be some time next week. That's all I know for now but I will post a link to the registration page here:

This is the promo note I got for the first "meeting":
"Join us for a free online town hall where the editors of the Waggoner Guide will present an update on the rules and guidelines for boaters."

NMTA Seattle Boat Show Live - Boating Update during the Covid-19 Era and Favorite Cruising Itineraries - May 7 - 7:00pm - 8:15pm

I will post when I get more updated info on the new date and time.

The registration, after I submitted it and a bit of a pause, the recorded session has started. It is about an hour long. I will be listening.

Just listened to the full meeting. Worth the time.
They mentioned doing a weekly, shorter version on Thursday 6:30 PM on probably a ZOOM format. There will be information on signing up for that on the Waggoner Cruising Guide . com site at some point before Thursday -- yikes tomorrow.

Also mentioned is a new boating website:

openforboating.com

and it looks like it is packed with great resources. Might not be a good site though, I couldn't find one picture of a C-Dory there.

Here is the link for the upcoming meeting: May

Here is a link to register on Eventbrite for upcoming updates. The next one should be on May 21st

Karla at the Waggoner Cruising Guide office has been a big help. Thanks to her.
