Anything over 20 thousand and the old hosenose was out of breath. Loved the Corsair, but like all of them in those days
it had lots of limitations. Sure have a lot of carrier landings in that bird.

Thanks, Charlie...great story. For those not familiar with the military, the only decoration higher than the Navy Cross is the Medal of Honor.
