Need input.
I received conflicting information . We run Saltaway thru our engines each time we take the boat out of salt water. I have been putting "earmuffs" on the water intake and flushing the Saltaway thru the engine while running. I was told it was not necessary to run the engine, if I would flush through the hose attachment on the starboard side of the engine. Another dealer told me this flush attachment was only meant to flush the upper parts, when the boat is in the water and "earmuffs" can't be used. What do you think? All three are correct.
Thanks, Gary
