Sorry guys, but I'm no CHEF- I don't measure the ingredients, just add to taste. Also-- never, ever use aluminum to cook fish.
I've had a few emails requesting the recipe.
Ingredients:
halibut
mayonnaise
sour cream
sweet onions
lemons
dill
celery seed
fresh parsley
green onions
paprika
sauce mix- I use about 2 parts mayo and 1 part sour cream, mix in the dill, celery seed and chopped parsley- let set.
Slice the onions and lay in bottom of pan, lay halibut on the onions and squeeze the lemon juice over the fish.
Cover fish with the sauce and cut the green onions and sprinkle paprika over top. Place in 400f degree oven for ~45 - 50 minutes. (I will sometimes cover the fish while baking and remove the cover the last 10 - 15 minutes)
Serve with rice and salad.
