Disable Popups

I have sent several PMs in the past that just sit in the Outbox, that means no one has read it. Once read, it goes to the SentBox.

Usually, this means that someone doesn't notice it's there because they have the Popup Blocker enabled and the notification box doesn't popup when they log on.

You can disable the blocker for just this site and I recommend doing so in order to tell when you have a PM waiting.

Even with the popup blocker on, you still have to be a little bit clueless not to notice the change in the message icon on the menu bar - e.g. it would change from "No new messages" to the number of new messages. Also, you can set up an email alert for when some sends you a PM. I have pop-up blocker on for almost all sites but I still know when I get a PM on the C-brats.
 
I agree and won't name the "clueless ones" that have let PMs sit in their inbox for months at a time.

Maybe they just don't like me? :crook

I am sorry to admit that I am not all that savvy here, and I had some PM's that sat for a while before I started getting the e-mail notice. Pop-ups, I never see 'em.

Harvey, if you're using Internet Explorer, go to the "tools" at the top of the page and you should see "popup blocker". When you're on the C-Brat Site, turn it off and you should get them from then on. It will only turn it off for this site.
