Decragard or substitute?

Does anyone know about any availability of decragard or a similar product? I would ideally like to match the interior of the Tomcat for a few modifications in 1/2" or 3/4" material.

Brian - Old Growth Dave had (has?) some decragard that he was willing to sell by the sheet to C-Brats. He has the pure white stuff which is a slightly different color than the slightly off white that the factory uses. I got a sheet from Dave and used it to make shelves within the cabinets and to make a shelf behind the aft dinette seat.

In the boats with the fiberglass interiors (like mine and yours), it's not so critical to have a perfect match to the decragard the factory used since it's only the cabinet doors and the counter top that are decragard. E.g. the places I put the pure white decragard are not directly adjacent to any off white material and without me telling you about the color difference, you wouldn't notice it (of course now that you know about it, it will stick out like a sore thumb). Also, I plan to replace the cabinet doors with wood at some point and probably will do formic on the counter top. At that point the only decragard you will see are my shelves.
 
I used the "white" formica available in Lowes or Home Depot on some projects. I picked up MDO plywood at the lumber store, and used contact cement to glue to formica to the face of the MDO.

MDO has a tan paper-like finish on the plywood, and is smooth on it's face. It's an extra step than Decragard, but easier to get (and could be done in a color to match the boat.
 
Brian – I have Decragard here in Olympia. It is ¾ inch 4 x 8 foot sheets. If you want some, send me an email and I will get back to you. We use it in the Marinaut so will generally have some in stock.
