In case u crabbers in Seattle didn't hear, crabbing is now open in marine area 10 through December 31st.

Did you get out? If so, how was it?
8-1 and 8-2 were good last weekend and the one before.
I plan to get back out in area 8 or up off Anacortes next weekend.

No, not yet I am hoping to go in 2 weekends. If you don't mind, I'd like to here about your luck in marine area 8 and Anacortes.

In the summer, 1-1.5 hours and I babysit them so no one helps themselves.
In the winter, less people with sticky fingers so it is possible to leave them overnight. During the day at least a 3 hour soak.
I like to use fish carcasses and chicken legs or quarters/backs from butchering whole chickens from the store.
