Crab Davit on a Sport Cruiser.

Has anyone on here ever installed a crab davit on a Cruiser. I have a Sport Cruiser and considering having a crab davit put on but not exactly sure where to have it hooked to. Any advice is welcome.

It all depends on what type of davit you choose. gas powered or electric. there is a big difference in mounting procedures

They will be electric. I'm just not sure if I should have the hardware mounted to the angle or the deck.

Take a look at the ace line hauler I think its called the brutus, it just attaches to a scotty downrigger mount, simple.
