changing my user name

Hi, I either need to change my username or delete my profile and start again. How do I do that? My profile is small and I have only posted a few times so losing that data is not a big loss. Thanks. Bob
 
I can change your username for you. It will even change the name on your previous posts so all will be right with the world. What would you like it to be?
