We have a lot of new members who may not know that they can get their very own photo album on here. The only requirement is that they have a C-Dory to name the album for. (We have been known to fudge a little on the boat name requirement for those who haven't yet decided on a name or are too busy taking pictures to think one up. The album can always be renamed later.)
Usually, we wait for the member to request an album rather than make a bunch of albums for newly joined folks who list their boat name in their profile. We do not mind at all providing space for pictures, but maintaining empty albums isn't one of the fun things we do.
So, if you are wondering why the so-called nerds haven't fixed it so you can show off pictures of your boat, maybe it's because they didn't know you wanted an album. Or maybe we missed your request and need to be bopped upalongside the head again. You can send a Private Message (PM) to either Bill or Mike to request an album. Please include your boat name or desired album title.
One further note: PMs or emails sent to the cbadmin user account might sit for a spell before they are seen. That account is only used for infrequent site maintenance.
