C-Dory decal price

For anyone interested, I inquired to C-Dory of the price for C-Dory decals and this is the answer I received on 4/11/2013.

"C-Dory Decals are $11.25 each."
 
Sorry, I guess I should have put the whole answer in before.

I just bought a 1989 with no decals, so I am replacing them.

Do you know if these are the raised ones that were used for a while, or are they flat?

No I do not know which ones they are.
When I put the phone number in my second post it was a direct copy. of what I received.

I just tried the number from the C-Dory factory link "Contact us" on our site home page. that number (totally different) went to a voice massage that sounded current, but I know how good C-Dory has been about returning calls so was going to FAX the post you did, to them as well.

Good News,.

I got a FAX back with the corrected phone number. Took about 2 hours, and the correct phone number is:

360-389-5351

Was probably still on an email footer from before the change. Have the right # now.

You're welcome.

Guess we still need to know if they are flat or not. The ones I got when I put mine on are not just flat vinyl, but have some thickness, (3D if you will).

Did you try to call the last number listed in this thread, or call them from the number listed on their current website? It may be a while before someone from the factory answers here. I had pretty good luck faxing them a request.

Hi Steve,
You can get them from us. The cost of each C-Dory decal is $21 each plus $5 for shipping them out. Let me know if you would like to proceed and you can give me a call with CC info.

Oh definitely! They're way overpriced but even to get them made at a digital shop would've been pricey too. Everything boat related is overpriced! Lol

I do have to agree, those decals should be less. Paying us to show them, well maybe. It used to be like that, but now we pay for the brand stuff. Sure doesn't seem right though does it.

I had a roommate in college. He refused to wear anything with a visible brand on it. He said he wasn't going to pay a premium to advertise someone else's stuff. However, he did say that if any brand would pay him to wear their stuff, he'd be glad to do it. No one took him up on though.

Nowadays a plain white T-shirt "designed" by someone famous goes for $120.
