Best shallow space bilge pump?

Our stern automatic bilge pump bit the dust. Wondering if anyone has found one that is automatically activated in 1 inch or less of water. Appreciate any ideas.

I am in the process of replacing my Rule float switch with a Ultra Pump switch
“Mini”. It activates the bilge pump in 3/4” of water compared to the old Rule which activates in 2”.

Do a search for dry bilge system. Pricy but works in 1/2 inch and less water
I now have a completly dry bilge

I have a space on our Bullfrog with a small stern sump and wanted something low profile to work and not get in the way of feet over the shallow sump area. I used one of these and am happy enough that I now want a spare.
I think we have the 650 auto model

They have manual and auto matic versions with water sensing, and our kicks on with about 1-1.5 inches of water and off again a few seconds after running empty.

JKSWOR, I did the search of the 'dry bilge system' and saw the video of the entire assembly. I see you have a 25' the same year as mine and I am wondering how this set up works. It seems to be a fairly low volume set up using a small diameter clear plastic tubing. Do you use this in addition to your high volume bilge pump? I am constantly fighting with a wet bilge due to washing down the decks from fish blood or shrimp bait etc and think this may be a good addition but still feel the need for a high volume pump,

The bilge-b-dry system is not intended as a replacement for the bilge pump but rather an addition to get the last little bit of water. You still need a traditional bilge pump to remove water quickly (and preferably more than one). Ideally, you install one bilge pump as a backup and install it a bit higher than the first large bilge pump. This assures that if the first one gets clogged with debris, the second one will keep the boat afloat.
