Well,
I managed to sell my CDory25 to a great guy in Seattle. He has a thread called "C-Change grows up" if you want to know more. He was wonderful to work with. Everything is signed and sealed, now we are just waiting to deliver the boat!
As a side note, I have acquired BACK my old 1965 OMC Runabout. I am thrilled! Alot of neat stuff has been done to it and it is really just my size and speed. So now I have my pontoon boat, my Runabout and 2 kayaks! (I traded my 14'swamp boat for the runabout!)
I still cannot go boating but once in a blue moon due to caretaking responsibilities, but I have boats that don't worry me and I am debt free. Such a relief. I also feel really good because Jan loves the CDory and will give it the loving care it deserves.
Even though I don't have a CDory anymore, I will never forget the great welcome and tons of advice I got from you CBrats. I hope to see you all some day. One of these days I'm going to do that lake trip (Yellowstone-Flaming Gorge-Powell) and also some day I want to do the Erie Canal. I will time those trips to coincide with CBrat gatherings so I can finally meet some of you face to face.
