It reminds me of the old Harvey Dory's, made out west of portland in the hillsboro area along tv highway.

Well its 37 years old and got a sale price of $6,600 so maybe it is a CD.
They do hold their value

If this is a C-Dory, it's that ugly sister that they tried to keep hidden in the closet all these years for fear she would spoil the family's good looking heritage!

Seriously, it doesn't look like any of the C-Dorys to me.

They did make quite a few custom boats, but you can usually recognize them by their conventional C-Dory hull. This one's not recognizable to me, at least, and too flared out in the stern.

On another sour note, if it's a 1971 Whaterver, I don't think it's a C-Dory, as the C-Dory line started in 1979 or 1980!

Might be an older Marben Marine design, though.

Ben Toland can answer this question or sure, so in the meantime I'l just set back now and find my Crow Eating Fork just in case!

Speculatin' Joe.

There's a thread somewhere about a similiar boat. I think the name of it was something similiar to c-dory but on connection. It had a motor well in the boat.

C-Dory found and photographed by Tyboo a few years back. More photos HERE.

No match this time.

Joe.

I will see Ben Toland Monday. If I can remember, I will ask him about the two boats pictured above.
