22' Cruiser vs 23' Venture

Hi my name is Kevin. I just joined. I am looking at C-dory as the next boat. Would some one be willing to explain the biggest differences between the 22' cruiser and the 23 venture. It seems that there must be more to it than the extra ft. in length. I guess what I am wondering is what would make me choose one over the other if I had a chance at getting one of them. Thanks in advance for your help.
