2009 C-Dory 25 for Sale

I purchased the boat from another C-Brat with 88 hours on the motor in 2012. The boat had no electronics and was missing a water heater and Wallas stove. I replaced all those plus added all new electronics, radar arch, camper back, and a multitude of other upgrades. The boat runs great. She has been immaculately maintained and is ready to head out on new adventures. We love her, but have decided to live aboard full time and are moving to a larger boat. We're the proud new owners of this beautiful boat! Jan and Stacy were such a pleasure to deal with from the first e-mail to answering my numerous (and sometimes naïve) questions to our sea trial. And to top it off, bidding us adieu with a stocked fridge and pantry!

We'll be keeping the boat in the Seattle area this year -- at Shilshole this fall and then probably on Lake Washington for the winter. Next summer, we'll move it up to Anacortes where we plan to use it for trips to Waldron Island and cruising the greater San Juan area with our two girls.

Sounds like things went without a hitch, first rate sale - I've heard of fenders and rode being included. I have even heard of gas too. But to have the fridge and pantry stocked - now that's a top notch sales process! Like most C-Dory owners, good peeps!

And congratulations on the purchase Shont and Katrina. I'm sure you already know that you've got a great boat! Be sure to join us for a gathering or two next year.
 
Stacy and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Shont and Katrina and were quite happy to have a totally stress free sales process. We know that they will be welcomed to the group as we were when we showed up to our first gathering in Poulsbo almost 9 years ago.

We plan on attending some gatherings next year in "the beast" as Stacy and I affectionately call the new boat as we learn to dock and maneuver her. :D She is not as maneuverable or quick as the C-Dory but does ride nicely at 8 kts.

If you see a Nordic Tug 37 with the name "Ceci Kay" floating about, give us a call on the VHF. We plan to stay in touch and continue participating.
