We have taken delivery of our sailboat (Our Fourth Quarter) and are outfitting the start of the Great Loop.
The "Compass Rose" has been semi-sold (more than once, this season) and sale details prevented the closing, She is available and is being listed and shown in Holland Michigan by Lew Herbert of Anchorage Yacht Sales, lou@ayaboats.com

Lou is located on Macatawa Bay (adjacent to Lake Michigan) and is authorized to conduct all sale/delivery activity.
Compass Rose has seen modest use and her performance on these lower altitude lakes is a world of difference (favorable) from Lake Powell and Yellowstone Lake.
Her, new Owner will have many enjoyable days as she is in fine condition and we have been like "prom Queens" with all the attention, from other boaters.
