My 2005 22’’Cruiser (Nutmeg) is for sale--$40,000 (Anacortes, WA)

Purchased @ Seattle Boat Show ’05 while a “hull in progress” and factory modified into “seats six adults inside- Commuter Configuration”; i.e., port dinette replaced with forward facing first mate seat (matches starboard helm seat) with center facing cushioned bench seat behind it and storage under (water tank plus ample shelves). Starboard side has center facing cushioned bench seat behind helm chair and sink (with removable cover) under cushion and more storage below.

Powered by 4-stroke Honda 90 (fewer than 75 hours) and Classic 8 4-stroke Honda kicker. Hydraulic steering, trim tabs and steering connector bar between 90 and kicker. Electronics: Furuno radar, Garmin chartplotter, GPS and compass.

Other accessories: anchor deck pipe, 8# Danforth with 20' chain and 200' rode, opening center front window, dual electric windshield wipers, interior ceiling grab bars cover, Porta-potty, CG safety kit, boat hook, life ring, and MOB ladder. V-berth improved with custom-fitted memory foam and reading lights on both sides. Cockpit has factory floor boards and owner added boarding steps, twin 25 gallon gas tanks, Racor fuel filter, custom "King Canvas" slanted cockpit cover, large padded cooler, 2 folding deck chairs, fenders and dock lines. New (April ’07) Micron CSC bottom paint. No trailer—was kept in water 7 months and blocked other 5 each year since purchase. Currently blocked @ Skyline Marina, Anacortes WA.

For two exterior pictures, check the C-Brats site, "C-Dory's here and there", R-Matey album, photo #6 (bottom painting April ‘07) and #30 (shows cockpit canvas & motors).

With her great condition, the super reliable Hondas with very low hours and all the extras, she's a steal @ $40,000 (Compare to “08 Seattle Boat Show prices!)

I've learned from replies to our "For Sale ad" (above) that the references to Nutmeg pictures on "R-Matey' albums" are no longer accurate. Hadn't realized that their albums had grown and changed lately and apologize for the confusion caused to those seeking pictures.

Since we do not have a C-Brat photo album we'd be glad to e-mail pics to anyone interested. Also have a hand-drawn plan of Nutmeg's "commuter" layout if that will help understand the factory installed modifications.

Thanks to all who inquired. Happy to report that "Nutmeg" has been sold and will soon be relocated to Comox, B.C. by her new owners.
