That's a great boat! Lotsa engine hours but, if well cared for and, apparently it is, will run for many, many more. Good luck with the sale, should be quick!

Charlie

Thanks, Charlie, I forgot to post the manuals and maintenence records are all available with Gypsy. Next serive due in about 49 more engine hours!

GYPSY was purchased from Tom and Marge (PELICAN) by brother Mike back in Jan06. Now as far as the hours....keep in mind that when Mike was working, just about every day when he came home from the office, he and B got in GYPSY rather than their recliners and enjoyed the sunsets.

The boat and the recliners are about the same distance from where he parks his truck. Go figure.

Also, Miss B for years did not do beauty shops, manicures, pedicures or have a maid....but, instead, had a boat cleaning service show up at the house and clean the boat each week.

This boat is very clean, very well maintained and documented. Many of you who have joined us on the Cumberland River gatherings have seen the boat and/or met Mike and B in Seattle a couple of times!

Patrick-

That motor should be very clean inside, just like any commercially used outboard.

They say the commercially used ones last a lot longer than recreationally used ones because they stay cleaner with all the frequent operation.

2010-2004 = 6 years

2095 hrs/6 years = 350 hrs/year = ~ 1 hour/day! = no rust/corrosion inside the engine!

Good luck with the sale!

Joe. :teeth :thup

Mike's boat looks more like a 2000 or newer model with the newer upolstrey and cutaway v-berth its a very roomy cruiser .I love the duel binnacle controls for the Yami 90 and the yami 8 big foot what a combo . Someone is missing out on this boat

Oops,
The fuel tank is under the cooler in the previous pic. It is ONE piece divided by a baffle on the inside. Thanks for the pic Charlie!

Joe,
Yeah, she is pretty clean and the compression test shows 110 p.s.i on all four cylinders. Maintenence records are available.
Thanks!

Gypsy is on a diet!!!! she went down to $24,000.00 to find a loving home. This is her time of year for cruising! Colors here in Tennessee are about to pop out and her cozy cabin lets you enjoy the cool weather. Give us a call!

Hey Brother.... Have I ever showed you the movie that Wanderer made when they did the Inside Passage of Alaska on their CD22? Just thought this may be a good time to mention this as you have to be somewhere in July and August during the hot months..... and GYPSY would love that trip.... and who knows.... maybe someone up there in Les & Dusty's area may want to pick up GYPSY too? Nothing like a great road trip cross America and seeing the inside passage all in the same trip.

Just a thought

Hello all,
Gypsy sold today. Her new home will be a good place for her I do believe. She will reside in Annapolis, Md. There she can share in the 350 year old traditions and history surrounding the area! Thank you all for your support and kind words!
