may 13, 2011 005 - Dreaded but anticipated decision to do complete replacement of main deck sole. Skin cut in apprx. 5" squares & pried out w/wide carpet chisel. Great tool for this - they pop out readily.

feb. 2011 055 bulkhead was then cut out w/jig-saw w/ 1/8" "eyeballed" margin and finished flush with 3/4" pattern bit.

feb. 2011 054 scuppers routed out. then chased w/ 3/8" round-over bit both sides

feb. 2011 053 scupper template at one end & flipped for other end. first panel only was cut and scribed then epoxied to 2nd.
