I have a 2009 23 Venture and there is a 6 3/8” Sea Dog observation port on the deck between the fuel tanks. What is this for and is there supposed to be a bilge pump for it? Sorry I can’t post a pic because I don’t see how to add a pic. I tried to copy and paste pic on my phone but it will not...
