The table was so nice with the laminate, I decided to laminate the seats as well, that also hides the big hole in the port side seat that used to be used to open the hatch when it was in the cabin.

Underneath view. The hinges are screwed to the wood supports with three screws, two through the fiberglass crossmember.

Installing the table hinges. Part of the table rests on the crossmember. The stick is just to ensure it's all level before I screw the hinges to the teak hinge mounts.

With a heat gun, I bent a piece of flexible molding around the table for the rocking lip. Used a nail gun to hold it in place. Then putty for the nail holes.

Since I have trouble getting marks/stains off of starboard, I laminated the table with the same white laminate I used in the cabin around the sink/stove.
