I've tried three times since June 2012 to get info from Triton Marine about a swim step for my 22 Cruiser. No response to two phone calls and an email. Is anyone else having trouble getting info on parts?

We launched at Sunset Marina, which is about 15 miles north of Vancouver on the way to Whistler. (About 3 miles north of Horseshoe Bay.) I can't remember the exact distance from Seattle. Sunset Marina, Howe Sound

Last July we towed the boat from Seattle and launched at Sunset Marina in Howe Sound. We took two days to get to Desolation Sound with one night at Fisherman's Resort at Pender Harbour. It worked out really well and we avoided crossing the Straights of Georgia.
