New seat, works well, the mount makes it slightly higher than ideal but it?s workable. I may try to engineer a way to drop it several inches but it?d be a fair size project.

New location for antenna. Added a SS rail that mounts outside of cabin wall on overhang so there is no cabin penetration (to leak). Also allowed me to use a very low profile rail mount which I like. I could not find a roof mount small enough that it did not require me to drill holes into the cabin. Not that I don?t have some already but less is better.

1986 26? custom (Fairbanks AK Craigslist Jan 2021). This was originally a charter boat in Homer (?4d Halibut?) and was traditional black and white color. The company failed and boat was sold to private owners in Ninilchik (for 20k as I recall, a steal) who repainted. After many years boat then sold within family before eventually going on market. Spotted July 2024 in Valdez harbor.
