SO WHAT DID YOU DO WITH OR ON YOUR C-DORY TODAY??

After getting skunked last weekend at Yaquina for salmon AND crab, we decided to drag my oldest son out of Portland to head over to the bay again today (less of a tide change SHOULD have made it better crabbing...yes?) so HE could pull the pots for us. We tossed 6 of them at varying spots and...

We took of early Saturday morning heading to Yaquina with the new tow rig It worked great...it's gas, Ford was diesel, it's half ton, Ford was 3/4 -- Steve and I agree we really like this truck. The lifetime warranty on anything that has oil or grease in/on it sounded really good to us after...
  9. Lifetime Warranty swayed me to buy this as the new tow rig -- after the Ford having been in the shop for half this summer.

Gary, those videos are way cool, eh? I'm excited to try the camera this weekend, but if I see a ton of fish with lockjaw, I'll be changing methodology until I run out of ideas :) Sounds like a hoot -- maybe the next "toy" will be a wetsuit and harpoon for the 'lockjaw days!' :smilep Caty

Tom, this model from Cabelas (their brand, but it's a Sony camera) has standard connections in the back of the viewer for video cables -- same thing Steve asked wondering (I think) if we could tape some action (to pacify me in times when we can't get out to fish) :xnaughty If he thinks that's...

Tom, this one cost less than 10% of that 2 grand -- which made it a good candidate to see if they work well....it's infrared and apparently fish can't see that light, and according to some of those reviews, the fish are actually attracted to the shiny weight on it and have mouthed it in an...

While Steve and I were over Baker City way elk hunting, we took a morning and went to Cabelas in Boise (towels necessary to treat drooling). I found an underwater camera and couldn't resist (I've been looking at them online and this one was quite reasonably priced for what's included). Does...
