Looking for a newer well maintained 22’ Cruiser or Venture 23’ with low hours, modern electronics, trailer and preferably has a cabin heater. Not interested in any projects.

Lochsa, just listed today, is a well kept boat. It has many functional and desirable modifications. It is a 1999, but don't let that turn you away. Many C-Dory owners are very proud of their boats and keep them in great condition. This is one of them. I talked with the owners and have seen their boat, I would definitely give them a call.

Yes, very nice looking boat. It looks like it's in great shape and the year does not scare us! We are just looking for something a little more simple. We recently sold our Nordic Tug and are looking for more of a day use boat. We have spent a lot of time cruising the San Juans, BC and Puget Sound in comfort. Lochsa appears to be outfitted with a lot more stuff than we need at this point in our lives - she will definitely make someone with pocket cruising aspirations very happy!
